What if I buy a programme and I can’t complete it because my circumstances change?

We understand that life isn’t always predictable, and we’ll be accommodating if this happens to you. You can either choose to defer the remainder of your programme, or receive a refund for the hours of practitioner time you have not used (it’s worth noting that a lot of practitioner time is spent on preparing and researching for the initial consultation). Check your terms of agreement for details of how much notice is needed when cancelling a session.
